Triceps Introduction

The triceps are a muscle composed of three muscles hence the word triceps.  The triceps work opposite of the biceps and attach themselves under our deltoid and below our elbows.  The triceps become involved anytime that we straighten our arm and twist our wrist upward.  This section of exercises is based on how the triceps function.  There will be alot of pushing and extending exercises such as the close grip bench press and parallel bar dips.  Several people neglect there triceps, but if your goals is strength, size or even arm definition, you'll never reach them without developing your triceps. They make up 60 percent of our arms and should be given as much attention as our biceps.
