The Authors of JHR Submit a Peer Reviewed article on Protein!

The Journal of HYPERplasia Research has been dedicated to bringing science to the sport of the field of bodybuilding for over 6 years now. During this time, we have created over 250 journal entries, all of which are meticulously written, with hours of research poured into each of them.

The ultimate test of a scientists work is the peer review process. During this, their work is objectively and thoroughly critiqued by some of the greatest minds in the field of science. Sometimes, this process may take months to be revised before it is published. And often, the reviewers return lengthy critiques, dozens of pages in length.

Recently, The President (Jacob Wilson) and Vice President (Gabriel Wilson) of ABCbodybuilding.com, submitted an article on Contemporary Issues in Protein Supplementation to the International Society of Sports Nutrition.

We are proud to say that we have just received notice that our paper has been accepted for publication. Here is the article, Protein. The reference is:

Wilson, J. and G.J. Wilson. Contemporary issues in protein requirements and consumption for resistance trained athletes. Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. 3(1):7-27, 2006.

This is exciting news on several accounts.

First, this article will forever change the way people view protein supplementation. It can now be clearly documented in the highest quality of scientific work—a peer reviewed journal—that the RDA is not adequate for the athlete.

Second, it brings an immense amount of credibility to the authors of JHR, and the trust that the readers of JHR can have in our research.

And this is just the beginning. In the next several months, we will not only be submitting more review articles that will forever change the way people view topics in Kinesiology, we will also be submitting numerous scientific experiments. And this is a common trend you will see for years to come.

Sincerely,

ABCbodybuilding.com Administrators
