access to product information and a convenient way to purchase products.
Ordering
The Shopping Cart is designed to make browsing and processing your order
as easy as possible. As you browse through our "Products", you may add
an item to your shopping cart at any time.
International
Ordering
WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA. However, we are working on
shipping internationally.
Available Payment
Methods
All prices shown in the store are in US Dollars. We accept payment via
all major credit cards, through a pay pal account.
Shipping
Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order (weekends and holidays
excepted). It should be received within 7 to 14 days. Currently,
shipping will be done by freight, and will vary in cost according to the
weight of the package. The total cost can be seen before checking out.
Undeliverable
Orders
If an order is returned to us for any reason, the additional shipping
charges will be charged to your account. If it is determined the order
cannot be shipped, the amount of the order will be refunded less any
shipping and handling charges.
Shortages / Mis-Shipments
We have a minimum number of errors as a result of our thorough
crosscheck procedures. In the event there is a shortage, please
thoroughly inspect the shipping container a second time for the
product(s). If the product(s) still cannot be found, or if another
problem exists, contact the champion office at
1-800-225-4831 within 24 hours of the receipt of shipment.
Returns
Product(s) purchased in the Abcbodybuilding Nutrition Store must be
returned to CHAMPION NUTRITION, INC. within 10 days of your receipt of
the product(s). All returns must have a return authorization number
("RA#") which the customer can obtain by calling 1-800-225-4831.
Packages which do not have a RA# will not be accepted. The following
information is needed to authorize and process your return of product
purchased in the Store.
1. Order Number
2. Date of Purchase
3. Return Authorization Number (RA#)
4. Reason for Return
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items. Refunds
will only be given for unopened and undamaged merchandise. Refunds will
not be given for merchandise returned which is unsealed or if the
product, including its packaging, is damaged. Customers will be
responsible for shipping charges for products being returned due to
customer error. Authorized returns are to be mailed to:

SHOP Returns
According to our agreement with the credit card companies, orders paid
by credit card must be refunded to the credit card account used for that
specific order. We cannot send a cash refund.
Other
We make every reasonable attempt to provide accurate information in the
store; However, we are not responsible for any errors or typos that may
inadvertently occur. Policies and pricing are subject to change without
notice. Abcbodybuilding, reserves the right to remove any product
from its list of available products without notice; however, we will make a
reasonable effort to inform you of any changes that may affect your order(s).
