Introduction
Jason Williams is one
of the most gifted bodybuilders in the NPC today. Competing at an
incredible 250 pounds, this sensational athlete has made waves, winning
the heavy weight division an incredible six times, in contests ranging
from the Central States Bodybuilding Championships, the San Francisco
Bodybuilding Championship, the San Jose Bodybuilding Championships, to
the Max Muscle Bodybuilding Championships.
As a good friend and
colleague of the President of Abcbodybuilding.com inc., Jacob Wilson,
the company has an insider’s view of what makes Jason Williams tick. In
short he has the Heart of a Lion, while maintaining an integrity and
humble attitude that is as staggering as his physique.
Jason is also a
highly credentialed Kinesiologist, with a Bachelors of Science degree in
Exercise Science from Wayne State College, and a current Masters Degree
candidate at California State University Hayward. Jason has also been a
certified trainer and strength coach for several years, while working with a
wide variety of individuals ranging from college and pro athletes, to
general and recreational fitness advocates. He has also performed
extensive work in several facilities, including Riekes Center for Human
Enhancement. As a further testament to his life outside of
bodybuilding, Jason has served in the Army National Guard for 4 years,
achieving the rank of Sergeant in only 2 years, an honor which made him
the youngest soldier in his unit to achieve the rank of sergeant.
Jason’s current goals
are to obtain his pro card within the next two years, and he is well on
his way to obtaining this unprecedented honor. The following profile
will feature exciting updates of Jason’s battle with the Super Heavy
Weights of the NPC! Members will get the unique opportunity to see what
it takes to maintain an elite physique. Meal plans including a pound of
beef, a pound of chicken, a pound of cottage cheese, and 30 egg whites
