Hyperplasic Parallax

"It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings"
(Proverbs 25:2).

Dear Fellows,

ABC is drawing rapidly upon its imminent destiny… the entrance into an age of advanced technology, and by this to stand alone as the final source of body building information available in existence.

As each week passes, our beloved President, Mr. Jacob Wilson, is working feverously to bring this providence to light.

The focus of this edition of the Journal of Hyperplasia Research is the manifestation and revelation of mysteries.

In the ancient text of Proverbs, scripted by the wise King Solomon, we read, that it is the brilliance of God to hide the answers to questions. However, to find the solutions to these mysteries is the triumph of conquerors.

No statement can better describe the heart of scientific research. Science seeks to find truth in the universe, and does so with a series of questions, from which testable predictions are made, which ultimately reveal the verity of hypotheses.

Romans 11
33Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unfathomable are His judgments. And how untraceable are His ways!

Deuteronomy 29
29The secret things belong unto the Lord our God, but the things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever.

Daniel 2
47 The king said to Daniel, "Surely your God is the God of gods and the Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries, for you were able to reveal this mystery."

"What is truth?"

This very question was asked of Jesus, at His trial by Governor Pilate.

Inquiry of the absolute truth is the aspiration of science, and thus the quest of JHR.

It has always been the motto of both myself, and my esteemed colleagues, to seek the truth at all costs, and dismiss psuedo-science that is spewed from the mouths of ignorance.

The Almighty and science are not incompatible and in fact are inseparable. God has given us science for the presentation of His glory. It is with this paradigmatic stance that knowledge in its truest essence will present itself.

The Journal of Hyperplasia Research shall foster the dissemination of basic and applied research as it interacts to the sphere of hypertrophic/hyperplastic expansions, through theoretical outlets.

Proverbs 25:2
It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, But the glory of kings is to search out a matter.

In light of this scripture it is the current mission statement of The Journal of Hyperplasia Research is to unveil the truths of science, to the glory of God, and to the triumph of our sport.

On a more personal note, I would like to commemorate the passing of a milestone. Today, June 1st, 2004, marks the one-year anniversary of Team Hyperplasia. Over the past year, the progression of the Journal of Hyperplasia Research has been nothing short of profound.

With every passing issue, each of us within Team Hyperplasia has feed off one another’s determination and exhilaration, to create the ultimate body building research resource; an academic periodical that thrives off impeccable investigations, advanced theoretical clauses, and philosophical insights, with the express purpose of serving our fellow athletes.

On behalf of my colleagues, Venom, President Wilson, and myself we would like to extend a personal thank you to all the members of ABCbodybuilding, for your ceaseless prayers and support. Here’s to another year of the Journal of Hyperplasia Research!

Yours in sport,

Old School.
