program, I posted my daily process goals for diet and supplementation.
Briefly, process goals can be defined as focusing on the actions that an
individual must engage in during performance to execute or perform well
(Weinberg & Gould, 2003). I am going to list all the supplements I need
to have, as well as what I need to do on my diet daily, in order to
perform well. Hopefully, this gives a nice template for the reader to
design process goals for themselves. Week 1 Week 2 Week 3
