Default Green vegetables

Green vegetables are very beneficial for our health and fitness.
These vegetables play an important role keep the body fit and active.
They control the cholesterol level and burn the extra fat to lose the body weight.
The more beneficial green vegetables for the health are broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, spinach, and cauliflower.

I think if anyone want to stay healthy and fit than he should start taking fresh and green vegetables.. Green vegetables have all essential vitamins

Veg in general is good for the body due to the micronutrients, they are alkaline by nature.
However it is worth noting green veg is very high in Vitamin K,
Vitamin k levels (along with grapefruit) can have aplification effects on several common medications - as such need to be monitored / discussed with doctors. one of the most common examples would be warfarin heart medication
