Default Running related injuries

Here on behalf of Tacoma Boot Camp and Personal Fitness Trainer i mentioning some injuries types which can be caused by running so beaware while running
ankle pain
Hamstring pain..
Back pain..
Leg muscle pain..
Tows pain.
always be loyal

These are normal injuries of our daily health and fitness routine. I am explaining these from my idea and knowledge, from these back pain and leg muscle pain are common in running routine. But rest of three ankle pain, hamstring pain and toe pain are not common to all, like toe pain will occur when we run with tightened shoe, because of that oue toe is compressed totally and proper blood circulation is not done. Hamstring pain is occur when our body is dehydrated too much. Ankle pain is due discomfort of our foot movements.
