Day 2 - Outdoors circuit bodyweight training
Very ashamed of my stats right now, but i can only go up from here.
10 circles with no rest between exercises and 1min between circles:
Push-ups: 12-6-6-5-5-5-5-5-4-4 = 57 reps
Chin-ups:7-4-4-4-3-3-3-3-3-3 = 37 reps
Dips: 2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 = 12 reps
All reps were very slow and controlled, but still very, very poor performance.
Than i did 3 sets of tire-flips (first time ever in my life, but the technique feels very natural)
Goals here are:
Push-ups: 200 reps
Chin-ups: 75 reps
Dips: 50 reps
Tire-flip: ramp up to 10 sets (100 flips total) and than include it in the circuit.
Food for the day:
Coffee with 25g coconut oil - 225 kcal - 25g fat
4 whole jumbo Eggs - 30g pro 24g fat - 360kcal
boiled and mashed cauliflower with organic stevia and 60g butter - 48g fat - 420kcal
220g coconut - 770kcal - 73g fat - 33g carbs
250g hog meat - 7g fat, 55g pro, 305kcal
25g lard - 25g fat, 225kcal
50g butter - 360kcal - 40g fat
Total for the day: F - 242g; P - 85g; C - ±35g; KCAL - ±2665kcal
Note: I've covered great amount of distance walking today. I suppose it was more that 15km. Tomorrow i'll track it down via GPS.
