Birthright1,

I'm feeling weak. I've lose some weight. I need to lose some more. Just started back on my workouts. I've starting slow. I do not want to get too sore. I've dropped my weights quite a lot. I'm hoping to remain consistant. That is the key.

Troy for sure if you got that weak feeling compensate in the kitchen to get your energy back up. Stay out of the slump and keep up your motivation. I will be looking for your entries PUMP TIME! Get some!
