Workout 1: Crossfit

5 Rounds for time of:

8 Hang Power Cleans
8 Handstand Push Ups
60 Double Unders

Workout 2: Back/Biceps/Abs

One Arm Dumbbell Row - 4 sets (12/10/10/8).

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns - 3 sets (12/10/8).

Standing Medium Grip Pulldowns - 3 sets (12/10/8).

Straight Arm Standing Cable Pullovers - 3 sets (12/10/8).

Barbell Curl - 4 sets (12/10/10/8).

Incline Dumbbell Curl - 3 sets (12/10/8).

One Arm High Pulley Cable Curl - 3 sets (12/10/8).

Hanging Leg Raises - 3 sets (20/20/20).

Weighted Sit Ups - 3 sets (20/20/20).

Dumbbell Side Bends - 3 sets (20/20/20).

Workout 3: Cardio

Rower - 10 Rounds 60-seconds on, 30-seconds off for max distance.
