Default What are your 2014 goals?!

What are your 2014 lifting related goals? Mine are pretty intense:

1. Qualify for the Arnolds
2. Coach at an international meet
3. Referee a state meet
4. Setup a cash prize event at a state meet
5. Bench more

My goal is to lift the same as before I got crook six years ago. I'm almost there. Hopefully my stamina will improve but that is probably diet related. I'm still working on that one. Things are looking good for a good year. I've got my training going well.

THE PUMP!

Oh and a lot of other details about technique and diet and goals...but overall my main objective as always is THE PUMP. Its what motivates me and has for years and years. I just love the feeling...i'm addicted for life! As silly as it is...it has worked for me and i will never let it go. SO GO GET PUMPED!!!

My goals aren't toward the body building side anymore, my bulk is plenty enough towards anything I ever wanted. I'm just working in fixing things and getting healthier.

BF under 20%
RHR 55 or under
Get erectors firing again and get back strength back to a comfortable 350lb deadlift.
Fix lower cross, especially loosening hip flexors, and completely working out my adductors.
Compete in one cycling event, which may be the portland Triathlon.

My goals are to find 3 days a week I can workout without all day pain. I think want to cling to my program other small increment to where I can shake it up a little. I ride the Bike stationary, and do a lot of seated exercises. Hey Algavinn, keep us up on your progression getting ready for the Arnold's. Best luck. RTR!

Well I sure hope you get to the point that you have way less pain. I know what youíre going thru and itís no fun. Nerve pain isnít the same as smashing your finger or breaking your arm. It is relentless and overwhelming. I use meditation for relief. Learned to make my mind think what I wanted it to instead of what the nerves are telling it to. Doesnít always work but i can talk myself into it more times than not.
