Default Figure Competitor

Hi!! My name is Nicole! I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Physical Therapist Assistant! I'm 12 weeks out from competing in my first figure competition. Anyone have any good 12 week diet plans for this! TIA

Welcome to ABC!

If you are 12 weeks out I will assume you already know what you are doing and heading in the right direction. No need to try a completely new diet for the last 12 weeks.

Can you share how the previous weeks of prep went and how the diet is currently looking?

I havent really had a diet. Just eating clean and getting 200 g of protein per day. 6 meals. Taking a pre and post workout. Drinking black coffee and green tea. Lots of water.

I just need a good female figure competitor diet to follow 12 weeks out. Also, being a christian, how do you feel about competing. My parents are super against it saying that God doesn't want me to show my body in that way and that it is not honoring or glorifying to Him. I personally dont feel convicted by it but am wondering what a fellow christians thoughts are on this subject. TIA!

Welcome to ABC! Have you found the info for your diet yet? I am sure you have one your on already so if you post it we will help you if it needs tweaked.
