Default Need expert advise

Hello everyone, it has been a while.
So I'm 210lbs, need burn 30 lbs of fat.
Already doing the hardcore cutting diet, weight training, etc.
In 2 weeks i'm starting swimming - I will be swimming 30-45 min 3-4 times a week, need advise on pre and post swim nutriotion, so i don't go catabolic.
I get up 8-8:30am, take kids to school, and be at the pool around 9:30, this is my plan:
cup of oats with whey first thing in the morning
post workout shake right after swimming - 30-40g whey with about 50g dext/malto mix
Does this sound right?
Please advise, perhaps some BCAA's?
I already lost 30 lb in last 5 months just weight training /diet.
Thanks in advance

Depending on how aggressively you swim you might not need malto after swimming, i'd just have complex carbs with the meal straight after

Thanks klosey.
It may be an hour or so before i'll be able to have a meal, so i might do whey with 1/2 dext/malto, and then solid meal. The days i will HIIT i will go with regular post workout shake.

I don't mean to be dragging this, but when would be optimal for me to take EAA or BCAA?
Like I said starting Monday i will get up around 8am and have oats with whey. Then about 9:30 i'll be swimming for 30-45min, should i take EAA and BCAA during the swim? I will have a whey shake with dex/malto right after.
I really don't want to burn any muscle gains.
THANKS!!!
