Post ABC 8 week routines

Recently joined the ABC community and have been reading some of the papers. I'm wanting to employ the various 8 week workouts described (biceps, back, quads, etc.). Each is designed to be performed once/week for 8 weeks. Wanting to be able to work all body parts over a week, but realizing these are strenuous routines, any advice on how to combine them over a week's time?

I wouldn't combine them, they are specialization routines. They idea is that you devote extra time and energy into one (maybe two) muscle group and let the rest go on maintenance.

If you are in a rush to be a bunch, I would pair them up bigger/smaller muscles groups and/or upper/lower.

Let's say you pick biceps and quads to run the 8 week program. For those 8 weeks, chest, delts, triceps, hamstrings and calves would be done at a lower volume to allow your body to focus on hypertrophy of the biceps and quads.

Thanks Commander for your reply. Makes sense since they seem to be intensive.

Yeap, because they are supposed to help with people who need to take that specific muscle to the next level. If you are still in the beginner stages, then you can still focus on distributing time/effort throughout all your muscles and build them all up together.
