Default diet on a budget

Would it be possible to eat 2200 calories spending around 100-150 a month?

You need to figure that out based on what foods you eat and the cost of living in your area. But last I checked, fruits are not expensive. Vegetables are not expensive. Rice is dirt cheap. Chicken and ground beef can be pretty cheap as well.

Hey arian11, I thank you for the site. I listen to the clean eating blog he voiced and it sounded kind of hard to people not familiar with but it was great to me.
God Bless

The more you focus on purchasing local, unprocessed food and preparing meals at home, the healthier and tastier your meals will be, the better you’ll feel, and the more money you’ll save.http://garciniatruth.com/

I feed my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) on about $400 monthly.

Of that, I calculated recently that I am at $5.50/day. That comes to $165 for a 190 pound adult male. Not too shabby.

If I was on my own, I would be eating even cheaper, but the wife likes some variety. : )

Now I understand this one. My wife not only cooks good, she states what we will eat and I follow. Yes, it is food for the body though. Please don't tell her she is in control, you kknow how the head of women is.
