Default this is driving me nuts

I'm almost 40 years old ( in 6 weeks) 5'8"
I have been lifting weights consistently for several years now.My strength has increased.
I lost 30 lbs on typical low carb, low fat, high protein diet in past 6 months i went from around 240 lbs to now about 212 lbs. My body fat is still around 20-25%
I haven't been able to lose more weight in about 3 weeks.
I have been lifting total body on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Recently - 2 weeks ago i incorporated swimming on Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri - 45 mid intensity sessions, and its just mind boggling why can't i lose weight???
I typically consume 1800-2400 cal per day, get around 180-200 g of protein.
On my diet last 7 months would do 6 meals a day, oats and whey in the morning, then oats and whey pre lifting, then whey with dextrose/malto after lifting. In the afternoon and evening i would eat mostly lean/semi lean meats/greens/salads etc. No cheats/ eating clean. What the ****?????

I think i figured it out.
I NEED TO EAT MORE CALORIES!
Seriously i spent few hours researching this problem, and most cal calculators on line - i tried like 6 told me to eat around 3000 cals a day for MAINTENANCE.
I think i was starving myself for last few months.
