Default Calories calories calories

Okay....I'm confused!
I am just starting out (about 3 months in) and I keep getting conflicting information on how many calories I should be consuming.
Here's my stats:
5' 0 tall
140 lbs
41 yrs old
Currently taking in 1500-1600cal/day

I am carrying a bit more bodyfat that I'd like in the mid section so trying to get rid of that, however I am also trying to make lean muscle gains...Is it possible to do both at the same time?? When I say I want to lose bodyfat...boom! Down goes the calorie intake...when I say I want to make lean muscle gains...Boom! Up goes the calories!

Hi. Read this.

It explains about how to eat and also controlling the insulin released after you eat. There's a lot to take in so ask questions. Cheers.

this is the very confusing thing for me as well as people decide the intake of the same in varying extent .. perhaps the amount suitable to their physical growth .. but what are the measures to make it right for an individual to have an apt quantity.. i am still searching ..

If you are getting tired and not getting any good result then you should must Buy HCG Drops Online for body fitness and maintenance. This is ever best natural product for extra body fat and weight.
Never say never.

Based on my personal experience and without having a deep knowledge, controlling insulin (as proposed above) is the most important factor for getting leaner (without losing lot of muscle mass).
Also important are:
Nutritional split (calorie intake should be split as % from proteins, % carbohydrate, %fats)
Cardio (HIIT)
