I really like NOW products because they are all natural.
I have a dilemma though. I am trying to follow the 13 Weeks to Hardcore Fatburning workout and diet program and per the diet it says absolutely no fructose. I used to really like NOW whey isolate, but it does contain fructose. Do you think it is worth staying away from it in order to adhere to the diet, or do you think the amount of fructose might be negligible? Thats my dilemma. Your thoughts/opinions/feedback are greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

I'll be honest, I didn't even see fructose on the website you provided.
However, if it is in there, it would be neglible with 2g carb per serving and 0g sugar listed. Fructose would be a sugar, so it must be a very small amount if they are listing it at 0g.

Hmm.. here is where I saw it had fructose. http://www.allstarhealth.com/f/now-w...te_natural.htm
I was going to order from that website. 7g's of carb per 64g serving, 4g of which are sugars. Whats your thoughts on this? |

I personally wouldn't stress it as long as you are following the rest of the diet's guidelines.
