Man I do hope you get rid of that junk. The Mrs. had it the other day and it took her nearly 2 weeks to get rid of it.

Raw bench hasn't went anywhere for awhile now, really need to pound back and triceps here. Swiss bar felt great, good for the grip and forearms.

I should be able to nail it next time if I increase my speed off the floor.

I haven't done these in ages. Kept the weight relatively light and focused on form. Uper back strength and thickness is lagging, going in incorporate more rowing movements.
