Bench Press

Worked up to 90% in my shirt. First time wearing my bench shirt in over 6 months, was reserved in my weights as I train alone with no spotters. My goal is to hit 315, not sure if that's realistic for April or not.

Worked up to a a max single, went for, and missed, a 30lb PR. Shouldn't have been so greedy.

Training has been inconsistent for about 3 weeks now. Have to have a smarter approach.
