Just a few light accessory movements tonight. Work has been hellish the past couple of weeks, sleep deprivation, mental exertion and stress are starting to take a toll. Should be back to normal in another week or so.

Humidity is stifling today, around 85%. Still haven't had a chance to install my air conditioner yet. Work is an absolute circus right now, training and nutrition has fallen off. I am 20 weeks out from my competition. Still confident I can make some strength gains in that time.
