I am 26 and have been into weight training since I was 16. I was a fat kid my whole life so the first few years of my training were dedicated to weight loss. Though I have been lifting for quite a few years I feel that my progress should be better. During my 4 years of college I trained but barely paid attention to my diet. I am at the point now where I am 100% dedicated to my diet and training. I plan for 2013 to be the year that I take the next step in my development. I hope to gain lots of knowledge and tips from this site and share my progress to the next level with all those like me who constantly strive to be bigger and better than last year.
