Standing Dumbbell Curl, 4X22.5X10
Standing Dumbbell Hammer Curl, 4X22.5X10

Lat Pull Down machine in use (first full week of term).

Hey bigironcross, I see the long walk you included in your workout. Is that a fun walk or do you step up the pace? I am thinking this must be part of your Cardio program is this correct? Great posts God Bless and more lifts to you.

According to MapMyFitness, the walks vary from 15 to 18 minutes per mile.

So, I guess my pace isn't that great.

I need to start squatting again and add a leg workout at least once a week.

My energy has been low the last few months. I'm not sure why. Probably my weight and not my age .
