It's been 2 years!!!!!!UGH
I haven't been on ABC since 2010 and since then I have gain 35+ pounds
 and now I need to lose the weight and gain the confidence back to start lifting and living the life and a health and fit christian both in my personal life and my spiritual life. I love the help everyone is willing to give on this site and all the forum for everything from mental health to spiritual health. I can't wait to start posting pics. i need to lose 50 pounds and get my self esteem back.Sean
