Ive been having some knee pain the last several months and will be hitting up my physical therapist shortly for a different issue and hopefully he can assist me from both, but I was wondering what joint health supplements you guys use, if any, and your thoughts on their general efficacy?

I use glucosamine w/ MSM; it takes a couple months to start noticing results, but well worth it. I can squat heavy and still comfortably walk the next day.

Have you used Elasti Joint (Labrada) ?I had alot of pain in joints and bones when i used to workout,a friend of mine prescribed me with this great product,i thought why not give it a try,i purchased one container and consumed it as intraworkout. The result was awsome. The product contains Glucosamine Sulfate,it is used to treat arthritis and from joint cartilage degeneration.I had no adverse effect with the product. Now the workout goes smoothly without any issues. Thanks to this product.
