dont bother buying one. make one

blended protein (or just whey as fats slow digestion anyway)
Oatbran (or oats, oatbran is finer)
Peanutbutter, rapeseed or flaxseed, or a combo of those

Boom cheap healthy weight gainer

Sorry Kryogen, but Klosey is right, weight gainers are crap.

Buy dextrose in bulk, buy whey in bulk, mix together for a workout shake.

All other times of day, eat lots of lean meats, rice, and potatoes.

Whey - True Nutrition.com (50 pounds of the basic whey concentrate)
Dextrose - local bakery wholesaler (check internet or yellow pages)

some breweries will sell it cheap too dextrose not whey lol

Go to Canadaprotein.com and use CP101 (coupon code), they have everything you need for a weight gainer as far as ingredients go. Saw your from Montreal, Im in Toronto and its quick shipping to as they are based out of Windsor

I wouldnt use the brewery dextrose personally, At Canadaprotein they have waxy maize for cheap as well, which I prefer.

True Mass is my favorite weight gainer!
