I'm currently deployed so I figure now is as good a time as ever to double down and focus on taking care of myself. My first goal is too lower my BF%. Once That is done I'll see where I go! Pretty much my life is working.. gym.. sleep, "Rinse and Repeat". Any advice is always appreciated. Thanks in advance and God bless!
