I been pretty consistent with weight, but I was told fruits can hurt your diet on a cut? Can I still have fruits? If so, when is the best time to have them. Oranges, Apples, Strawberries are my main staples. The occasional grapes and cherries when in season

While the article says no fruits, I think if they fit your macros, go for it.
However, in regards to timing, I think earlier in the day for fruits are best because then the fulfill their purpose of filling liver glycogen. You should get a journal up Trench.

My main thought on fruits is to stick to ones with very low calorie densities, that way you get the nutrient benefits from fruits such as antioxidants and fiber, without the excess fructose. So for instance, most kinds of berries, as well as apples are fantastic for this purpose. Actually all the ones you named are solid in moderation. Whereas bananas are not...I mean like commander said, you can have some banana if you fit it in your macros (like 1/4), but not much because it is pretty carb dense...

Fresh fruits and fresh juice is the best solution for good health and good fitness.I like the fruits because it is the best for skin.

No doubt fruits have countless benefits but its depends on fruits type which one we are eating and in how much quantity we are using them.It does't matter what we eat , does matters what we eat.

So for instance, most kinds of fruits, as well as celery are fantastic for this purpose. Actually all the ones you named are strong in control.
