I am a truck driver trying to stay fit. I am limited to a flat bench, dumbells, a wrist and forearm developer, speed rope and a mountain bike. I also have an elastic band that I use when I'm running hard and don't have time to pull everything out. Interested in a list of all the exercises that can be executed with dumbbells.
