Hey New to this site.
I have just recently (2 days ago) got a really intense headache at the back of my head. I believe its called an extertion headache? I was doing leg press at the time, I've never had this pain before but it felt like someone smashed the back of my head with a brick. It still hung around at work the next day just not as bad. When I went to the gym that night I was on my first set of bench press( I had done 10 mins cardio prior so I was warmed up) and the pain came back straight away and I had to leave the gym. Has anyone had this and got advice? Thanks. Nate |
