Hello everyone, My name is Jack. I am glad I found this site. It's nice to have someone scientific to plow through the crap for the rest of us.
I am starting anew. I am 49 years old and have had two heart attacks. So what does one do next? Hmmm, I think I'll take up bodybuilding. What a lifestylee change from hard drinking, smoking and eating crappy foods to doing a turn around and wanting to get bulked and ripped. But that's what I want therefor that's what will happen. It's just nice to find this place to get solid information. I am strong, because I refuse to be weak. I have endurance because I refuse to stop. Life is heavy...lift it. Carpe Ferrum! |
