hello world,
I am from Alabama. I have been lifting hard for 14 years now. I am 28 and continue to progress each year through physical work and mental work. Combing those two and seeking for more knowledge is just as important as going in the gym and hitting it hard everyday. Came here to learn and share my knowledge with others. It seems like a wonderful site.
