Im eating up to 12 eggs a day.. I was eating the yolk (boiled) as well as the whites. My question is does it matter? Is this cholesterol thing an issue, I'm 27 and after my injury I just fell off the wagon. I can run again and all, its just the meal planning that needs a good amount of tweaking. Are there are sample meal plans around here
Thanks. and keep it moving forward.

No problem with eating the yolks. Dietary cholesterol is a minor factor when it comes to blood cholesterol. Bad levels come from overall poor food choices and lack of exercise, so eat healthy overall, exercise and enjoy those yolks. Besides, lots of good vitamins and protein in the yolk.
