I have been trying to lose weight...
My split is currently Monday: back/bis Tuesday: cardio Wednesday: Chest/ shoulders/ tris Thursday: legs Friday: light cardio/ Olympic lifting/ abs I have been going for 3-4 walks a week as well...each roughly around 45 minutes. I enjoy walking and am not necessarily doing it with a weight loss goal in mind. It gives me a chance to listen to audio books and get out of the house so i dont have to sit on my ***. My question is: Is this going to have any effects on my weight lose goals?? Am I over doing it? I dont want it to have a negative impact on my goals. |

You really can't overdo walking. It will actually asist with recovery as well (and digestion).
