Im a little overwhelmed with all the information on here. Its all so fascinating. The basic things i know is, eat lots of protein and fiber and weights wont get me bulky the way men get... I know there is a science to this and I'm trying to get there.
I feel lost because I know there are No Excuses to getting what you really want and i was soo very active this summer but then i had an ankle injury and I just settled so fast into my former do nothing routine "so i can heal" that i gained everything back I dont want to overwork myself which may have been why/how i got injured in the 1st place and I dont want this to happen again. any tips or advice is much appreciated, THANKS!

This is probably a good place to start http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/forum...ad.php?t=92355
I've had a few injuries (minor) as well and think it's probably due to over training. I'm just going to find a proven/trusted workout and stick to that rather doing my own thing. |

It's easy to feel overwelmed, why don't you start by telling us a bit about your background and your current goals and plans. Ask some questions and we will try to help you out.
