Hi
Based in Melbourne, Australia. Been out of the game for a long, long time. Starting to get older & rounder & want to turn it around. Remembered this site from 5+ years ago, I think? So thought I'll start back here too. Probably going to go it at home, free weights, etc. Anyhow, thanks in advance for the advice I'll be following from you all. Cheers
