Hello all.
I am new here. I am also new to real training. I am 30 years old and am out of shape, however, I have lost 35 lbs in the last two months alone from my own workouts. I am 6'3 and came to Alaska at 315 lbs=( Im down to 280 and looking to get down to 210. I have also gained quite a bit of muscle in my chest/arms/quads. So a friend told me to check out this website. I have now read multiple articles by Jacob Wilson and have learned so much even though it is really just a drop in the bucket. I used to play video games non stop, hence me being out of shape. Now I am far more addicted to working out. I started my workouts at an hour a day. I almost do 3 hours a day now. I have modified my eating schedule and dietary nutrition as per Mr Wilson's recommendations as well. I feel like I am in the best shape ive been in that last ten years. I am hungry to be better, to have the body I deserve. I am willing to work for it and it has been fun learning everything. I hope to become a regular here. I am still in the weight loss phase but that has included building lots of muscle. My own typical workouts start with lifting for about an hour and half. About 30 minutes of abs, finishing with an hour of cardio. Supplements I have purchased and take daily include: Dark Matter Recovery Muscle Milk Protien C4 Pre workout Glutamine Chews A-HD Androgenic/Estrogenic Modulator Calcium Flax Seed Oil Multi Vitamin with Chromium and Bee Pollen I am always open to feedback.
