I am looking for some guidance (links to articles work well to) on how I should do my final preparations for this 13 mile run / obstacle course. Ive been running quite a bit lately, I have no concerns about strength challenges however Ive never run that far at once so I am a bit concerned about my long term endurance, so I want to give my body its best advantage.
How many days rest should I give myself before the event? When should my last cardio and last lifting day be? Obviously, things like eating healthy and tons of sleep is necessary - but, are there any other tips anyone has? What should my meals be the day before and day of? Thank you |

try to eat some carbs before you run. gives you some added energy
