Hi guys,
This is my first post here. I am curious to know if any one incorperates any old school movements into there programes regurly as a bread and butter exercise. My favourites personly that I cant do with out are the good ol fashioned barbell hack sqaut and the guillotine press aka floor press and dumbell floor press. They never seem to halt in terms to platue. So do you do any that you can share? Maybie I could incorperate yours into my routine Peace |

Oh the old school days. I remember times of splitting upper chest and lower chest into AM and PM workouts. Decline bench, dips, decline flys; flat flys incline bench, incline flys; and wide flat press for good measure. Man the next day sucked.
thanks for the trip down memory lane bulk101

Yea. Dips. I haven't done them in much to long. I'd better fix that.
