Default Jacob's Guide to building Calves

What is the recommended number of times Workout 1 & 2 be performed each week? I am aware the workouts are going to be VERY intense, but I just want to make sure. Thanks!

Mostly I workout calves once a week coz it takes a while for everything to heal but sometimes I'll do them twice a week coz they can take it. Do workout 1 monday then workout 2 Thursday and see how you feel.

Depends on how experienced you are...if you have not trained calves much, then your going to be busted up. So you might try 5-6 days rest between workouts. Otherwise, I recommend calves at least twice a week....I often train them 3 times a week...

Matthew 7:20
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
