Any one else feeling them? Just switched from low bars about 5 weeks ago and added an inch to my quads. Man why didnt I switch sooner no lower back pain no wrist pain after years off suffering allthough reeping the benifets from low bar I get full quad pumps from high bar. Any one else doing them instead of low bar?

Have you ever tried. With 2 dumbbells, one lighter than the other. Put the lighter one above your head and hold the heavier one down your side and squat away. That tears my whole body around.
