Incline Bench Flyes, 4X55X10
Incline Press Machine, 50X10, 100X10, 4X150X10
Chest Press Machine, 2X55X10

Cut my thumb on the new Chest Press Machine. Had to pull a splinter of chrome out of may thumb. Funny how much it bleed. I didn't feel it much. Just noticed my hand covered in blood. Glad that I was close to being down. I'm telling everyone that I've never got hurt from free weights.
