There supposed to help control cortisol. They gave them to runners before a marathon and it drastically cut cortisol response. As you might know when cortisol gets out of control it shuts down testosterone production and eats away at hard earned muscle. You can get about a grams worth from sunflower seeds but that's just too much Omega-6 for me. I'm taking beta-sitosterol right now. Maybe this stuff works... I hope so.

they contain plant sterols which apart from being good antioxidants etc are utter crap.. alot of companies post them as great 'steroid alternatives'.. utter rubbish
