Week10 Round2 DELOAD
Bench Press: 135lb x 5, 160lb x 5 BerZercher complex with BB 1 set Squat: 170b x 5, 200lb x 5 Steady state cardio (@60-70% max HR) for 30min. Used the treadmill at 3mph on 8degree incline. Chin-ups (total reps) = 10 reps Core Circuit 2 sets.

Bench Press: 215lb x 4, 230lb x 2, 245lb x 1, 260lb x 1, 270lb x 1 (Had some more "room to spare" so I went for 280lbs), 280lb x 1 BerZercher complex 4 descending sets with 60lbs. (1st set 10 reps, 2nd 9 reps, etc.) Squat: 270lb x 4, 295lb x 2, 310lb x 1, 325lb x 1, 340lb x 1 Chin-ups (total reps) = 36 reps Barbell pushups descending sets (20 to 1).

Week12 Round2
Bench Press: (185lb rep test). 185lb x 20 BerZercher complex descending sets with 60lbs (10 reps, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5) No Squats Chin-ups (total rep max) = 21 reps 45lb plate Core Circuit 2 sets. Push Up test: 1 set max reps: 60 (was dragging through out the day especially after work)
