Happy New Year. My first workout of the year was Supersets on Back followed By biceps. Twas good. The pool was closed so no laps today. This is a superset week. Chest tomorrow. I hope the gym is not to busy.

Get shredded for bodybuilding show on April 21, 2012 After that, remain lean and light, do vertical jump program, be able to dunk again at the ripe age of 33 and 5'10"
