12p M2: protein, water 12:30: Yoga, adding a new form every day 1 M2.5: apple 2 M3: hamburger, cucumber, spinach 3:40: 20 mins Cardio & some jump rope, prison cell pushups, staggered hand pushups, and bicycles for abs 5 M4: bought 2 chicken qtrs (1 for tomorrow) from publix.. and some cheap halloween candy. happy halloween to me. this is my treat meal 8: M5: skipped 11 M6: almonds

8a Jog roughly 1 mile, every other lamp post I stopped to do prisoncell pushups, on the way back, I did lunges instead of pushups
8:30 M1: PWO shake 11:30 M2: egg sandwich w/ spinach 1:30p M3: chicken breast & broccoli Yoga before M4 & bit of abs. broke a good sweat 3:30 M4: protein, water, apple 5:30 M5: lamb or pork maybe, something substantial, yellow squash and onions jog 8:30 M6: almonds 10:30 M7: CC Beginning to see some actual results since I stopped consuming any alcohol. Going to keep it going
