Grocery: need CC, bananas, nonstick cooking spray

8:30a M1: Almonds
10 M1.5: Apple
1:30p M2: deli sandwich, spinach, mustard, vitamins
3:30 M3: Protein shake
5:30 M4: chicken breast
8:30 M5: egg sandwich
10:30 M6: cottage cheese

Little brother ditched our work out for the 2nd day in a row. Not waiting on him anymore!

9:30 M5: hamburger, spinach, sweet potato
11:30 M6: CC

Circuit: [Jump rope x150, push ups til burnout, swiss ball abs til burn out] x2, before Meal 4

12p: yoga
12:30 M2: egg sandwich w/spinach
5 M3 Cottage cheese
8 M4 almonds
10 M5 almonds
11:30 M6 1 egg w/ deli sliced ham & cottage cheese (delicious concoction)

12p M2: protein, water
12:30: Yoga, adding a new form every day
1 M2.5: apple
2 M3: hamburger, cucumber, spinach
3:40: 20 mins Cardio & some jump rope, prison cell pushups, staggered hand pushups, and bicycles for abs
5 M4: bought 2 chicken qtrs (1 for tomorrow) from publix.. and some cheap halloween candy. happy halloween to me. this is my treat meal
8: M5: skipped
11 M6: almonds

fell asleep til 3:30a, woke up ate 2 scoops of CC

5:15 Jog (furthest jog since I've started jogging again! Go me)
7:30 M1: Protein w/ banana
9:45 M2: egg sandwich, spinach
12:45p M3: lunch @ Singleton's seafood -- fish sandwich (ill try and choose healthy alternatives!)
Yoga
3:45 M4: PWO protein, banana
6:45 M5: Chicken breast, sweet potato, broccoli, CC
9:45 M6: almonds, apple
11:00 M7: CC

8a Jog roughly 1 mile, every other lamp post I stopped to do prisoncell pushups, on the way back, I did lunges instead of pushups
8:30 M1: PWO shake
11:30 M2: egg sandwich w/ spinach
1:30p M3: chicken breast & broccoli
Yoga before M4 & bit of abs. broke a good sweat
3:30 M4: protein, water, apple
5:30 M5: lamb or pork maybe, something substantial, yellow squash and onions
jog
8:30 M6: almonds
10:30 M7: CC

Beginning to see some actual results since I stopped consuming any alcohol. Going to keep it going

1240p 20mins on Treadmill, various moderate-high speeds, various moderate-high elevation
*note--from a person who almost never uses them...treadmill calorie counters and mile times have got to be way off*

6:30 M5: CC
8:30 M6: chicken breast sandwich
10:30 M7: CC
