Back. No longer counting the days. Although I might start counting down to the Tough Mudder event soon. To catch up, I moved out of my apartment for 2 weeks because my roommate is less than trash. Sadly, I have to return soon until December... It will be a certain opportunity for growth anyway..

M1: apple, green tea, glass of milk
M2: salmon burger w/romaine lettuce
Hopefully kayaking today. If not, running

For roughly two weeks up until today--the day before I move back to my apartment and finish my last semester, I've eaten rather healthily and never binged but once. I was active at least every other day. So, I may have hindered my progress a bit, but not by much. I'm going to make up for it by putting myself on a more structured day-to-day lifestyle until the end of the semester. 12-8am sleep -- 6 meals a day, veggies with 3 meals at least, heavy activity 6 days a week, and lots of beach time in between class and studies (for sanity purposes). My main priority will be #1 school #2 training #3 getting out of the apartment

Tough Mudder is 1 month and 18 days away.

49 days counting down starting tomorrow. I might even take a before/after photo set and see what I can really do

49 days until Tough Mudder

8:00am 2mi Jog
9:00 M1: Oatmeal, tea, vitamins
12:00p M2: protein shake, sm. banana, water
1:00 Kayak 2mi
2:30 M3: deli sandwich
3:00 5+ sets prison cell push ups, some core, stretching
5:00 M4: protein, water
7:00 M5: hamburger & zucchini
10:00 M6: cottage cheese

Weighed in at 195lbs today. Not happy with that as I think 10lbs of it is probably booze from the past year. I can do better. I need to moderate more and stick with my training above all

I don't know how many days are left. I don't care to be honest. Somewhere in the 30's I think.

I've had a rough semester--drama, family emergencies, unexpected crap, etc. It's been very hard to keep up a routine (especially without a training partner, because Jacksonville is the laziest town ever) and I am very disappointed in myself.

However, I'm still not quitting. Still going to train as hard as I'm able for Tough Mudder.

I'm going to do my best to get out for a jog today. But we'll see.

Need to go grocery shopping.

11:30a M1: oatmeal w/ cinnamon, green tea
1:30p M2: deli sandwich w/mustard (& spinach if we have any)
2:45 Field work - warm up jog, stretch. then circuits: backwards jog, prison cell push ups, sprint length of field, lunges, stretch x3. then jogged a qtr mile, did some push ups, stretched, push ups, qtr mi jog, stretch. definitely vented a bit of steam, feels great
4:00 M3: whey protein, water, vitamins
6:00 M4: chicken breast w/ veggies
8:00 M5: egg sandwich
10:30 M6: cottage cheese

I realize I need to start eating a bit more each meal so keep me satiated all day, it'll also help me prevent the occasional binge at night. Going to make an effort to consume more water too.

9:30a M1: oatmeal, vitamins
1:00p M2: chicken breast sandwich w/ spinach
4:00 M3: protein shake
6:30 M4: chicken breast, sweet potato, cottage cheese
9:30 M5: PWO shake, apple
11:30 M6: cottage cheese, almonds

Core & Cardio with my little brodda at 9pm.
