I have been training on and off for quite some time now. I've been working really hard in my job and prefer to spend the rest of my time with my family. Also a severe infection in my intestine knocked off around 9 weeks of my training.
But then, who doesnt have a taxing job? who doesnt fall sick? I need to stop making excuses! Training begins tomorrow! |

Current
I have lost weight & put on fat. Immediate Goal Regain strength & muscle memory Short term Goal Follow a cut & lose fat Long term Goal Get stronger and gain muscle as lean as possible. I know these are not exact, however i'll be more specific as i move forward and put up measurable goals. |

im here to follow along!
I love spending time w/ my family, so i prefer to workout first thing in the morning. I am up at the gym usually NLT 0630, if I have to be at work early, I workout earlier! 2 years ago, I had intestines removed..kept me down about 30 days, but its all about the rebound!!! you can do it.

Schedule
Workout A Bench Squats PullUps Workout B Press Deadlift BB Curls 1 day rest between workout days. All exercises done 5x5 (2 warm ups & 3 work sets) Pretty basic. Workout A tomorrow. |

Bodyweight upon waking- 70.3kg/155lbs ![]() Squats- 27.5 kg x5 42.5 kg x5 57.5 kg x3x5 Bench- 27.5 kg x5 42.5 kg x5 51.5 kg x3x5 Pull ups- BW x2x5 BW x2x4 BW x3 Pull ups were disappointing. |

Everbody has there problems, myself included, but like bigbear, I also workout at 4:45am.I'm up at 4:00am, consume my energy drink and get ready. I do it for the love of it!............Good luck to you!

I was very late from work so couldn't go to gym. Instead, did these Sprints 2x 200m Chin ups BWx 7,6,6 Dips BWx 9,7,6 Inverted rows BWx 13,12,12 Sprints 2x 200m I sprinted to a park nearby, did the exercises on monkey bar and parallel bars and then sprinted back home. Had doms the next day, especially from the sprints. 29/06/2011 Deadlift 42.5 kg x5 57.5 kg x5 72.5 kg x3x5 this was easy, i'll bump up the weight next time Press 27.5 kg x5 32.5 kg x5 36.5 kg x3x5 Curls 17.5 kg x5 22.5 kg x5 27.5 kg x3x5 |
