Even though the name sounds un-appealing try it, my favorite chicken recipe. I can get back a 1.5lbs of chicken in a sitting with this recipe with a whole **** ton of rice as well.
8oz raw chicken cut into cubes (I use ground) 2tbsp lime juice 2tbsp fish sauce 2tbsp~ onion 2tbsp~ scallion 1tbsp chili flakes 1 or 2 mint leaves Cook the chicken with lime juice in a pan until done. Once done mix all ingredients into a bowl and stir, and serve over rice (I prefer sticky rice)
